Who Is Eligible?

If you are a full time associate regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week, you have the option to purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse and your dependent children. However, you may only elect coverage for your dependents if you elect additional coverage for yourself.

Accidental Injury coverage provides a fixed cash benefit for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident that occurs while you are not at work. The benefit amount depends on the type of injury and care received.

Hospital Care coverage provides a benefit according to the schedule below when a Covered Person incurs a Hospital stay resulting from a Covered Injury or Covered Illness.

ASSOCIATE SUPPORT FUND

Who Is Eligible?

All regular associates scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.

The CBH Associate Support Fund was created to help employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship.

The Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from CBH. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others can provide a tax-free grant (USA) to help a fellow employee in need when they are facing the unexpected.

Associates may contribute 1-time or set up regular payroll contributions on Workday or through our partner site, ASFCrate.com.
